Pronounced /ˈmēˈSHo͞o ē/, mechoui refers to a traditional Moroccan method of slow-roasting lamb. Over time, this culinary practice spread throughout the continent, especially across North and West Africa.


Masset’s love for this style of cooking began in Casablanca, where she spent much of her childhood and teenage years learning alongside her grandmothers in the kitchen. They taught her the patience and care behind slow cooking—an approach that brings out deep, rich flavors and creates truly memorable meals.


This blend is inspired by that tradition, combining peppers, garlic, onions, and cardamom. It’s designed to enhance the natural taste of poultry and meat, allowing each ingredient to shine through with every bite.
