Returns & Refund Policy

We take great care in crafting and packaging each order. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we’re committed to making things right if something isn’t as expected.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect address provided

  • Delays outside of our control

Damaged, Incorrect & Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at info.allmasset@gmail.com. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product(s) and packaging

 

We will review your request and work with you to resolve it promptly.

Store Credit Eligibility

In approved cases, we may offer store credit as a resolution. Store credit may be issued if:

  • Items arrive damaged during transit

  • You receive the wrong product

  • Your order is missing items

 

Store credit:

  • Will be issued in the form of a digital code

  • Is valid for future purchases on our website

  • Is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash

Non-Eligible Situations

We are unable to offer refunds or store credit for:

  • Normal variations in color, texture, or consistency of natural products

  • Minor packaging imperfections that do not affect product quality

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

  • Unclaimed or refused packages

Orders Cancellations & Modifications

Due to our pre-order and batch production model, orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
