Shipping Policy

We are committed to delivering your order with care, transparency, and intention. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Pre-Order & Fulfillment Schedule

All orders are processed on a pre-order basis.

Orders are prepared and shipped twice per month:

  • 1st of the month

  • 15th of the month

When you place an order, it will be included in the next available shipping date.

Example:

  • Order placed on April 10 → ships April 15

  • Order placed on April 16 → ships May 1


By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this shipping schedule.

Order Processing

Orders are batched and fulfilled in the order they are received. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled due to our production process. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.​

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Canada

  • United States

  • Select international destinations

 

All orders are shipped from Canada.

Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping based on destination:

  • Canada

Flat rate: $8.95 CAD
Free shipping on orders $65 CAD and over

  • United States

Flat rate: $14.95 CAD
Free shipping on orders $100 CAD and over

  • International

Flat rate: $24.95 CAD
Free shipping on orders $150 CAD and over

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times begin after your order has shipped:

  • Canada: 2–7 business days

  • United States: 4–10 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days

 

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Customs, Duties & Import Regulations

For orders shipped outside of Canada, duties, taxes, and import fees may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance. Customers are responsible for ensuring that food products are permitted to be imported into their country prior to placing an order.

Shipping Address & Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery

Carrier & Delivery

We reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier best suited for your order.

Once an order has been shipped, ownership and responsibility transfer to the customer.

Delays

While we aim to meet all stated timelines, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs processing

  • Weather or unforeseen circumstances

  • High-volume periods (including product launches)

 

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review and work with you to resolve the situation.
