Pronounced /soombejoon/, this rub takes its name from one of Dakar’s most vibrant fishing villages in Senegal, where the rhythm of daily life revolves around the sea. Every Sunday, Masset would take her daughters to the market to select the freshest catch for the week, a simple ritual that became a lasting source of inspiration.
Rooted in those memories, this blend is crafted to bring out the best in fish and seafood. A harmonious mix of garlic, onion, black pepper, green and red bell peppers, paprika, cayenne, oregano, thyme, chili pepper, lemon, and salt delivers bright, savory flavor with just the right amount of heat, perfect for elevating any dish from the ocean.
Our spices and blends are freshly prepared in our kitchen and are 100% organic, vegan, halal, and free from GMOs and gluten. They are produced in an environment where nuts may be present. Our products are also never tested on animals.
